These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your enrolment in any course or programme offered by Wibes Beauty Academy.

Enrolment in any course at Wibes Beauty Academy is subject to the following conditions:

• The student must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements for the course applied for.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required admission fee or full course fee, as applicable.
• The Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant at its discretion.
• Students are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information at the time of enrolment. Any changes must be communicated promptly.
• Enrolment in a course does not guarantee placement or employment after completion.

All course fees are to be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrolment. The following terms apply:

• Fees must be paid in full or as per any instalment plan agreed with the Academy before or at the start of the course.
• Course fees are subject to change. Any revision will be communicated in advance and will not affect students already enrolled.
• Fee receipts will be issued for all payments made. Students are advised to retain their receipts.
• Non-payment of fees by the due date may result in the student being withheld from classes until the dues are cleared.

All fees paid to Wibes Beauty Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling and making payment, students acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

• Fees paid are non-refundable once payment has been received, regardless of whether the course has commenced or not.
• No refund will be issued for withdrawal, change of mind, personal reasons, illness, relocation, or any other circumstance.
• No refund will be provided for absence or failure to complete the course.
• Fees are non-transferable to another individual.
• In the event that the Academy cancels a course, enrolled students will be offered the option to transfer to an alternate batch — no monetary refund will be issued.

Wibes Beauty Academy reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, timings, faculty, or content as necessary. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any such changes.

• Batch timings, holidays, and schedules are communicated at the time of enrolment and may be subject to change.
• The Academy may reschedule or postpone classes due to unforeseen circumstances including public holidays, instructor unavailability, or facility issues.
• Missed classes due to the Academy's rescheduling will be compensated with make-up sessions wherever possible.
• Missed classes due to the student's absence are the student's responsibility and may not be compensated.

All students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment within the Academy premises. The following conduct standards apply:

• Students must treat fellow students, faculty, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Damage to Academy equipment, tools, or property will be the financial responsibility of the student who caused it.
• The use of mobile phones during practical sessions is not permitted unless specifically allowed by the instructor.
• Students must adhere to the Academy's dress code and hygiene standards as communicated during orientation.
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
• Minimum attendance requirements, as communicated during enrolment, must be met to be eligible for certification.

All course materials, training content, manuals, videos, demonstrations, and resources provided by Wibes Beauty Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Western International Beauty Education School LLP.

• Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials in any form without prior written permission from the Academy.
• Recording of classes or sessions by students is not permitted without explicit consent from the instructor.
• The Wibes Beauty Academy name, logo, and branding may not be used by students or ex-students for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

By enrolling at Wibes Beauty Academy, students give consent to the Academy to photograph or video-record their participation in classes, events, and practical sessions for use in the Academy's promotional and educational materials, including on social media, the website, and marketing collateral.

Students who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the Academy in writing at the time of enrolment. This will be respected wherever reasonably practicable.

Wibes Beauty Academy and Western International Beauty Education School LLP shall not be held liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings on Academy premises, beyond what is covered under applicable law.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from enrolment in any course.
• Employment outcomes, business results, or income levels achieved by students after completing any course.

Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the relevant course.

• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm the Academy's reputation.
• All information submitted through website forms is accurate and truthful.
• The Academy may update website content, course information, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
